175 degrees celsius, fan forced
Ingredients
- 5 very ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sugar of choice
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups plain flour (can sub for gluten free flour)
Method
- Mash bananas in a bowl
- Add ingredients one at a time -> flour last
- Grease and line loaf tin, pour mixture in
- Bake for 1 hour or until browned and cooked through
