Chocolate Fudge – Gluten FREE, Dairy FREE and YUMMY!

Ingredients

  • 200g macadamia nut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 30-50g raw cashews

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl (or blender)
  2. 30 sec speed 9
  3. Use spatula to scrape down the sides
  4. Repeat until desired consistency
  5. Pour into a container lined with parchment paper
  6. Place in freezer
  7. Cut into cubes once set
  8. Keep in freezer, remove a few mins before consuming
