I am a passionate and well-researched mum of two beautiful souls.
I am married to a loving husband.

I am a Forensic Healing Practitioner.
I am a Functional Nutrition Consultant.
I am exploring my natural abilities as an intuitive.
I was born highly empathic and only recently realised what that meant.

This is my passion project.

My desire is to empower every person, man or woman, older or younger, every shape, every size, every possible manifestation of the physical.

Our bodies have an innate ability to heal. They want to heal. They will do everything they can to heal. Sometimes we are simply in the way of ourselves.

I believe a wholistic approach, tuning in to your heart and a desire for what is true are key to good health, and it’s available to everyone.

When you start to believe, that’s when the magic happens.
